Sony was bringing PlayStation Now to mobile phones according to a confidential Apple presentation

Lets start with topic Sony was bringing PlayStation Now to mobile phones, according to a confidential Apple presentation.we will also discuss is PlayStation now coming to android.ps now chromecast.ps now compatible devices availability of ps now android apk.ps now mobile.ps now ios.

Sony was bringing PlayStation Now to mobile phones

In year 2017 — well before Apple proclaimed that cloud gaming could only exist on the iPhone assuming it carried out huge hoops — Sony was planning to launch its PlayStation Now cloud gaming service on mobile phones, a confidential document uncovers.

Sony was bringing PlayStation Now to mobile phones

It could have been the single biggest expansion of Sony’s PS (PlayStation) Now game service in years.

Originally, the service streamed PS2 and PS3 games to smart TVs, Blu-ray players, and the PS3 and PS Vita, but cut off all those original platforms in late 2017 (coincidence?) to focus on the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC instead.

While it recently added 1080p streaming and a PS5 client, it’s never been offered on Android, iOS, or Mac.

Be that as it may, as indicated by a classified document uncovered from the Epic v. Apple trial, Apple had insider information on Sony’s forthcoming launch.

Apple had found out about a “[not-yet-announced] mobile extension of an existing streaming service for PlayStation users, streaming access to over 450+ PS3 games to start, with PS4 games to follow.”

A handful of PS4 (Sony was bringing PlayStation Now to mobile phones) games launched on PlayStation Now in July 2017, however, the presentation noticed that the service is “only PS3 games right now,” recommending Apple got warned about something beyond the transition to mobile.

Do you know Why did Apple bring this up?

It’s smack dab in the middle of an explanation of Apple’s plans to launch its own game subscription service, Apple Arcade, which wouldn’t be announced until two years later. At the time, Apple was preparing to target 30 top game studios and ask for as many as “a few hundred titles” to add.

In 2019, I wrote that Sony has lost the chance to be a leader in cloud gaming, even though it was the first major company to realize its potential, by purchasing the first two startups (Gaikai and OnLive) who demonstrated the idea.

But despite Apple's resistance to cloud games and the App Store - read my latest post on why Microsoft - it can be exciting and Sony is not giving up.

Sony will now have a Spartacus service that will integrate its cloud gaming services with the PlayStation Plus subscription and will bring the first PS1 games and PS5 games “finally” to the service.

In any case, If  Jason Schreier’s scoop for Bloomberg doesn’t refer to mobile phones at all.

While it’s conceivable Sony read the room and concluded it did not worth battling Apple the way Steam, Shadow, Microsoft, and Google accomplished for mobile access.

It may likewise be that Sony decided to focus on selling more consoles instead — assuming you do have a PS4 or PS5 in your home, the organization’s PS Remote Play app as of now allows you to stream it (maybe considerably over cellular) to a wide array of Apple gadgets, as well as Android.

You can even stream a new PS5 to your old PS4, giving it a fresh lease on life.

I dunno, Jon has a great track record, and the leaks are based off of an actual product image he's seen LOL

I wasn't considering the 13 anyway since I have a 12, the problem now is that I was planning on keeping my 12 for at least 3 years. Im worried that if the 14 really turns out to be this ill just end up upgrading early lol

·

I'm nor even interested in iPhone 14, because my iPhone 12 Pro is brand new and will be my phone for the next three years. And even if Prosser would post something about the iPhone 15 tomorrow, I would rather wait for Apples keynote in September 2023. 

Man shrugging I’m on an 11 and leaks for the 13 and 14 aren’t moving the needle for me. I may upgrade this go round, but I really want an iPhone foldable. Thinking face Now if the 14 leaks were that I would hold out.

Me! But not because of the leak but a Battery Replacement for my iPhone X. People don’t know what difference it can make

@LukeMiani
Although I would much prefer a hole punch camera instead of a smaller notch, I’m still just gonna upgrade since I’ve been thinking for months already.
